Process Engineer — ETP/STP
Full-timeDesign and commission effluent and sewage treatment plants for industrial clients. You will size biological reactors, specify chemical dosing systems, and support SAT/FAT testing. 2–5 years experience in water/wastewater treatment.
Project Manager — Water Treatment
Full-timeOwn end-to-end delivery of ETP/STP/ZLD projects from design freeze to commissioning sign-off. Manage subcontractors, schedule, and client relationships. PMP or equivalent preferred. 5–10 years project management in industrial construction.
IoT / SCADA Engineer
Full-timeBuild and maintain NWPL's Smart Water platform — OCEMS-linked sensor integration, PLC/SCADA programming (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley), real-time dashboards, and predictive maintenance algorithms. Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, MQTT) required.
Sales Engineer — Industrial Water
Full-timeDevelop new accounts in textiles, pharma, and data centre sectors. Prepare technical proposals, conduct site assessments, and work closely with the design team on techno-commercial bids. Strong understanding of ZLD, RO, and ETP technologies preferred.
Site Supervisor — Civil & Mechanical
Full-timeSupervise civil construction, equipment erection, and mechanical piping at active project sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, maintain daily progress reports, and ensure HSE compliance. Diploma/BE in civil or mechanical with 3–7 years of industrial site experience.
